Responsibilities
- Pick up groceries and other products from Big Basket's designated warehouse.
- Deliver orders to customers' addresses accurately and on time.
- Verify customer details and order information before delivery.
- Ensure the safe and secure handling of all items during transportation.
- Provide excellent customer service and address any customer queries or concerns.
- Collect payments from customers when required and issue receipts.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries and report any discrepancies to Big Basket's management.
- Follow all traffic regulations and company policies to ensure safe and efficient delivery.
- Communicate effectively with the dispatch team regarding delivery status and any issues encountered.
- Represent Big Basket professionally and courteously at all times.
Requirements
- Minimum qualification of 10th Pass.
- 0 - 6 months of experience in delivery roles, preferably with Big Basket.
- Valid driver's license and a two-wheeler for delivery purposes.
- Valuable knowledge of Noida's local areas and routes.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple deliveries efficiently.
- Good communication skills and a customer-friendly attitude.
- Familiarity with Big Basket's products and services is an added advantage.
