Experience: 1–4 Years About the Role- We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Conference Producer to lead the end-to-end development and execution of high-quality B2B conferences, summits, and business events. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing conference themes, conducting market research, developing engaging agendas, and curating impactful content that meets industry demands and audience expectations. This role requires strong research, communication, and stakeholder management skills, along with the ability to identify and secure senior industry leaders, policymakers, CXOs, and subject matter experts as conference speakers.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful planning, promotion, and delivery of conferences while achieving business objectives and delivering an exceptional delegate experience.

Key Responsibilities - Lead the end-to-end production of conferences, summits, and business events from concept to execution.

Conduct in-depth market research to identify emerging trends, industry challenges, and business opportunities.

Develop conference themes, session topics, and comprehensive event agendas aligned with market needs.

Create engaging conference content, speaker briefs, session outlines, and event programs.

Identify, approach, and secure high-profile speakers, including CXOs, government officials, policymakers, and industry experts.

Build and maintain strong relationships with speakers, sponsors, partners, and key industry stakeholders.

Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to ensure seamless event planning and execution.

Work closely with the marketing team to support event promotion and audience engagement initiatives.

Manage conference timelines, speaker confirmations, deliverables, and event milestones.





Monitor competitor events and industry developments to identify new conference opportunities and content ideas.

Ensure a high-quality delegate experience before, during, and after the event.

Support on-site conference execution and coordinate speaker management during live events.

Contribute towards achieving attendance, engagement, sponsorship, and revenue objectives.

Required Skills & Qualifications- 1–3 years of experience in Conference Production, B2B Events, Event Management, Content Development, or a related field.

Strong market research and analytical capabilities.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Experience in speaker acquisition and stakeholder engagement.

Ability to engage confidently with senior executives, industry leaders, and decision-makers.

Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.

Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven setting.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);

experience with CRM or event management platforms is an added advantage.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Event Management, or a related discipline.
