We are looking for a Delegate Acquisition Specialist to support the Buyer / Visitor acquisition team through outbound calling, client coordination, and event-related sales support activities.

What you’ll do:

- Make outbound calls to trade visitors, buyers, and industry stakeholders
- Follow up on registrations, applications, and event participation opportunities
- Assist in managing event operations and client onboarding
- Maintain trackers, databases, and reports using Excel & Google Sheets
- Handle follow-ups and ensure timely communication with stakeholders

What we’re looking for:

- Good communication and coordination skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, event-driven workplace
- Strong proficiency in Excel & Google Sheets
- Detail-oriented and proactive approach
- Prior experience in events, client servicing, or hospitality is a plus.
