They have previously served as a Dayforce Consultant either at Dayforce or another consulting organization that supports Dayforce

Dayforce Consultants generally have a skillset that is tied to at least one of the modules in Dayforce, but not all. Our most in demand skillset is Workforce Management (also known as WFM).

Given our size, we provide very little Dayforce training – we target candidates that already know how to configure the system. Candidates should be comfortable with this approach.

Our consultants need to be professional, solid communicators and capable of functioning on projects independently.
