Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Data Analyst Trainer based in Jaipur.

The Data Analyst

Trainer will design and deliver structured training programs covering core data analysis concepts, tools, and techniques, including practical exercises and case studies.

Responsibilities include preparing curricula and training materials, conducting classroom sessions and hands-on labs, mentoring learners individually, and tracking their progress through assessments and project evaluations. The role involves staying current with industry trends and tools, updating course content accordingly,



and collaborating with the placement and academic teams to ensure learners are job-ready. The trainer will also support live projects, guide learners on best practices in data handling and reporting, and contribute to maintaining DUCAT’s high training standards.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess robust data analysis and statistics skills, including data cleaning, exploratory analysis, and basic statistical methods.
- Candidates should possess proficiency in tools and technologies such as Excel, SQL, and at least one data analysis or visualization tool (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or Python libraries like Pandas and Matplotlib).
- Candidates should possess experience in designing training content, creating structured lesson plans, and delivering instructor-led sessions or workshops.
- Candidates should possess effective communication, presentation, and classroom management skills, with the ability to explain complex topics clearly to diverse learners.
- Candidates should possess strong mentoring and coaching abilities, including providing constructive feedback, guiding projects, and supporting learners’ career readiness.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, IT, Data Science, Statistics, or related discipline is preferred.
- Prior industry experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytics role, and exposure to real-world projects and dashboards, will be highly beneficial.
