Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Datawarehouse Support professional at PPStack. The role involves monitoring data warehouse environments, ensuring data quality and integrity across multiple data sources, and supporting ETL workflows and schedules. The person in this role will troubleshoot data loading issues, investigate anomalies, and collaborate with data engineers and analysts to resolve technical and functional problems.

Responsibilities include maintaining documentation for data models and processes,



performing routine checks and performance tuning, and assisting in enhancements to data warehouse structures. The role also requires proactive communication with stakeholders about incidents, changes, and improvements to support PPStack’s data-driven education and career solutions.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to investigate data issues, identify patterns, and support decision-making.
- Candidates should possess Data Quality and Data Warehousing skills to ensure reliable, consistent, and well-governed data across systems.
- Candidates should possess Extract Transform Load (ETL) and Data Modeling skills to support data pipelines, design structures, and optimize storage.
- Candidates should have experience with SQL and relational databases, and familiarity with modern data warehouse platforms or cloud data services.
- Candidates should demonstrate clear written and verbal communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a remote, cross-functional environment.
- Candidates should ideally have prior experience in data support, BI, or analytics roles, and a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
