Job Title: Offshore Data Lead

Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Offshore Data Lead to lead the design, implementation, and delivery of enterprise-scale data and AI solutions using Microsoft Fabric and the Microsoft Azure Data Platform. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in modern data engineering, cloud-native architectures, AI-enabled data solutions, and Banking & Financial Services data platforms.

This role requires strong technical leadership, customer engagement, solution architecture expertise, and the ability to lead engineering teams while driving enterprise data modernization initiatives. The successful candidate will work closely with customer stakeholders, architects, and engineering teams to deliver scalable, secure, and AI-enabled data platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Data Platform Architecture & Solution Design

- Lead the design and implementation of enterprise-scale solutions using Microsoft Fabric and Azure Data Services.

- Develop scalable data ingestion and transformation pipelines using:

Experience

- 12+ years of overall experience in Data Engineering, AI, and Modern Data Platform development.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Proven experience leading enterprise-scale Azure and Microsoft Fabric implementations.




- Experience leading technical teams and managing customer stakeholders within Banking & Financial Services engagements.
