- 5 years of Hands-on experience in Statistical modelling & Machine learning techniques like Random Forest, Boosting, Decision trees, clustering, regression analysis, hypothesis testing, multivariate statistical analysis and forecasting methodologies using SAS, R or other tools like Python
- 3 years of experience with MNC banks in BFSI domain and good knowledge on Retail banking, Core Banking, etc. (Analytical and Business)
- Strong quantitative aptitude to be able to look at the data/historic trends to be able to derive business insights/recommendations.
- Solid knowledge and experience in SAS, R, SQL and excellent MS Office skills.
- Big Data experience is preferable
