About The Role We are seeking a motivated Data Scientist with 2–3 years of experience to join our energetic team. In this role, you will be responsible for combining technical expertise with strong client-facing skills to deliver high-quality AI and data science projects.

You will work directly with clients to understand their business needs, gather requirements, and translate them into technical solutions. Your hands-on involvement will include developing machine learning models, NLP solutions, and Generative AI applications, as well as deploying these models in real-world environments. The ideal candidate will enjoy both technical challenges and project ownership, demonstrating excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with clients and internal teams.

Qualifications The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Statistics, or a related field. A strong foundation in data analysis, machine learning, and AI concepts is essential.

Prior experience in managing end-to-end AI projects, coupled with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, is highly valued.



Candidates should demonstrate a passion for continuous learning and a proactive approach to problem-solving, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

Responsibilities Data Science & AI:

- Analyze structured and unstructured data to generate actionable business insights.
- Build, evaluate, and optimize machine learning and AI models tailored to client needs.
- Develop solutions involving NLP, Generative AI, RAG, or Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Prepare datasets, perform feature engineering, and assess model performance through rigorous evaluation.
- Create dashboards, reports, and visualizations to effectively communicate insights to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to facilitate model deployment, monitoring, and maintenance.

Project Management

- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring clear communication and expectation management.
- Gather detailed business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Coordinate with internal engineering and product teams to ensure timely project delivery.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and manage dependencies to mitigate delays.
- Conduct regular status meetings and provide comprehensive updates to stakeholders.
- Ensure all projects meet quality standards and are delivered within scope and timeline.

Client Engagement





- Understand client business challenges and recommend AI-driven solutions that add value.
- Conduct product demonstrations, solution walkthroughs, and technical presentations.
- Prepare detailed technical documentation, project reports, and client-facing materials.
- Address client queries promptly and coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues effectively.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to foster trust and satisfaction.
