Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end data science projects, from data exploration and feature engineering to model deployment and performance monitoring.

- Develop machine learning, statistical, and predictive models to solve complex Finance Operations challenges.

- Design and execute experiments, forecasting models, anomaly detection, and decision science solutions.

- Analyze large datasets using SQL, Python, Spark, and PySpark to generate actionable business insights.

- Collaborate with Product Managers, Data Engineers, Finance stakeholders, and Engineering teams to translate business problems into analytical solutions.

- Present findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders and influence data-driven decision-making.

- Continuously improve model performance and stay updated with emerging AI and Machine Learning technologies.

Required Qualifications

- 4+ years of experience in Data Science or Applied Machine Learning.

- Strong proficiency in Python and SQL.





- Hands-on experience building and deploying Machine Learning models in production environments.

- Solid understanding of statistical modeling, hypothesis testing, experimentation, predictive analytics, forecasting, and anomaly detection.

- Experience working with Spark/PySpark for large-scale data processing.

- Solid analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Economics, or a related quantitative discipline.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with Generative AI, LLMs, Hugging Face, RAG architectures, and NLP.

- Experience with recommendation systems, optimization models, or forecasting solutions.

- Knowledge of AWS Machine Learning and Analytics services.

- Experience with MLOps, model deployment, monitoring, and governance.

- Prior experience in Finance, Procurement, Operations, or large-scale technology organizations.

- Master's degree or PhD in a quantitative field is a plus.
