Title : Data Product Manager

Location : Hyd / BLR (Hybrid - 2 days in Office)

Duration : 6 Months with extension. The ideal person should have strong product/data thinking, solid SQL and analytical skills, and experience translating business or product requirements into clear data requirements. They should be comfortable working cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Analytics, and Data Science, and able to operate with limited oversight. At a high level, this person should have: Robust SQL and data validation skills

Strong analytical problem-solving skills, with the ability to systematically investigate issues, identify root causes, and recommend durable fixes

Solid data modeling skills, including fact/dimension design, grain definition, and comfort with source-to-target mapping, data lineage, and downstream validation





Working knowledge of instrumentation and how product changes affect data capture

Ability to translate product/business requirements into clear data requirements

Comfort working across Product, Engineering, Analytics, and Data partners

Strong documentation, organization, and follow-through skills

Ability to work independently with limited oversight

Comfort using AI tools such as Cursor and other AI-assisted productivity tools to speed up analysis, documentation, and execution

Candidate needs to be fluent in AI usage in data product design and development Experience-wise, we are looking for someone at a senior level, ideally with 4+ years in analytics, data operations, product analytics, data engineering support, or data product work.
