Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

- Enter, update, verify, and maintain data in company software, ERP, CRM, Excel, and internal databases with a high level of accuracy.

- Process data entry tasks within the prescribed timelines while maintaining quality standards.

- Validate, clean, and organize data by identifying and correcting duplicate, incomplete, or inaccurate records.

- Maintain organized digital records, files, and databases using proper folder structures and naming conventions.

- Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and accessibility for reporting, audits, and operational requirements.

- Generate MIS reports, data summaries, and other operational reports as required.

- Coordinate with internal teams to collect, verify, and update information.

- Maintain the confidentiality and security of company, client, employee, and business data in accordance with company policies.





- Review records regularly to identify discrepancies and ensure data integrity.

- Complete assigned tasks on time, maintain accurate documentation of work, respond promptly to official communications, and uphold professional conduct, discipline, and punctuality.
