Role Description The Data Mining Specialist will work on-site at the Noida office in a full-time capacity. This role involves extracting, processing, and analyzing large datasets to uncover patterns, trends, and actionable insights that support Salesforce-based solutions and business decisions. The specialist will design and implement data mining models, apply statistical techniques, and collaborate with developers and consultants to integrate findings into customer solutions.





Daily activities include cleaning and preparing data, running experiments, interpreting results, and preparing clear reports or dashboards for internal teams and clients. The role also includes ongoing optimization of data processes and staying current with data science and analytics best practices. Key Responsibilities:

✔️ Research and identify potential leads from various online sources

✔️ Build and maintain accurate databases of prospects

✔️ Validate and update lead information regularly

✔️ Work closely with the sales and recruitment teams to support business growth

✔️ Ensure data accuracy, quality, and timely delivery

Preferred Skills

✔️ Experience with LinkedIn, Naukri, Google Search, and other lead generation tools

✔️ Strong internet research and data mining skills

✔️ Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets

✔️ Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
