First, when they have complex leadership roles to fill and traditional vendors have been unable to deliver. Second, when they are looking for turnkey team buildouts, covering organisation design, strategy, sourcing and selection. Third, when they want to attract candidates who may ordinarily be beyond their perceived reach.

We are currently looking for two Data Interns to join our Data Operations workstream. This is an on-site internship based out of our office in Powai, Mumbai. Internship Duration - 3 Months.

As a Data Intern at XQtiv, you will support the development, maintenance and accuracy of the talent data that powers our executive search and talent intelligence work. The role requires strong attention to detail, comfort with structured data and a willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced workplace.

Data Curation and Management

You will support the curation, cleaning and verification of candidate and company data. This will involve reviewing information from different sources, standardising records,



correcting inconsistencies and ensuring that the data maintained across our systems is accurate and complete.

Candidate Onboarding Support

You will assist with candidate onboarding processes by organising candidate information, updating records, validating documentation and ensuring that all required data is captured correctly within our internal systems and platforms.

Data Quality and Verification

You will regularly review data to identify missing, duplicate or inaccurate information. You will be expected to follow defined quality checks and ensure that the data used across the workstream meets the required standards of accuracy and completeness.

Data Records and Documentation

You will maintain structured records, trackers and supporting documentation for ongoing data initiatives. This may include updating Excel sheets, maintaining progress reports and documenting processes to ensure consistency across the team.

Workstream Support

You will work closely with the Data Workstream Lead and support ongoing data-related projects, including the creation and expansion of candidate talent pools, company lists and reusable sourcing assets.

Table Stakes

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general data handling
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to work with large volumes of data and unstructured information
- Prior exposure to data-related work through an internship, academic project or professional assignment would be preferred
- Comfort with repetitive and detail-oriented tasks while maintaining accuracy
- Based in Mumbai or willing to relocate to Mumbai
- Available to work from our Powai office

Reporting Structure The Data Interns will work directly with and report to the Data Workstream Lead.
