Take on a new challenge and apply your data governance expertise in a new cutting-edge field. Youll work alongside team-oriented and forward-thinking teammates.

Youll play a key role in ensuring the successful deployment, adoption, and operational use of Alstoms Data Catalog, acting as a bridge between business and data users. Day-to-day, youll work closely with teams across the business (Data Owners, Data Stewards, and other stakeholders), support functional testing and validation activities, and create impactful training and onboarding materials, among other responsibilities.

Youll specifically take care of structuring user needs and ensuring alignment with Alstom Data Governance principles and standards, but also contribute to change management and communication activities to drive adoption.

Requirements

- Basic understanding of Data Governance and Data Quality concepts.
- Good analytical mindset with the ability to structure indicators and follow action plans.
- Power BI skills (data visualization, dashboards, KPIs).
- Basic knowledge of data analysis or querying (e.g. SQL) is a plus.
- Good communication and documentation skills.
- Ability to work with multiple stakeholders in a structured and collaborative manner.
- Fluent English (written and spoken); French is a plus

- Basic understanding of Data Governance and Data Catalog principles (e.g.,



metadata, glossary, ownership) and data modeling
- Basic knowledge or experience with the Collibra platform is a plus
- Ability to translate business needs into structured and formalized requirements
- Strong skills in documentation, structuration, and information synthesis
- Ability to prepare and lead workshops and training sessions
- Organized, rigorous, and user-oriented mindset
- Good communication skills with both business and technical stakeholders
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
