Data Entry-SAP at Sanand Gujarat.

Responsibilities

- Check the email which is received by the client.

- Checking the billing data request received from the client.

- Billing order received from the customer side.a. Branch (STO- Stock transfer order)b. Sales team (SO Sales Order)

- Preparing the OBD (Order booked document)

- Based on the OBD, need to update the BBND Excel sheet.

- Requisition to be sent to FT Beko team.

- Stock Report to be checked.

- Generate, verify and ensure quantity is correct in the GRN report and share it with the inward team.

- Quality report to generate and share with the inward and dispatch team.

- After receiving the request from the dispatch team, document prepaid (OBD to Invoice).

- Generate Eway bill and hand it over to the transport coordina.

Skills

- Good knowledge of SAP, including relevant T-Codes.





- Hands-on experience in GRN processing, Invoicing, and E-Way Bill generation.

- Good understanding of warehouse/floor operations.

- Robust knowledge of Advanced Excel.

- Good written communication skills, including professional email drafting.
