We are hiring a Production Data Entry Operator to maintain accurate production records and daily production entries. The candidate must have good knowledge of Tally ERP/Tally Prime, along with MS Excel and computer operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Enter daily production data accurately in Tally ERP/Tally Prime.
- Maintain production reports, stock entries, and inventory records.
- Update raw material consumption and finished goods entries.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production reports.
- Coordinate with the Production, Store, and Accounts departments.
- Verify production data and maintain proper documentation.
- Ensure accurate and timely data entry.
- Maintain production registers and digital records.
Required Skills
- Tally ERP/Tally Prime knowledge is Mandatory.
- Positive knowledge of MS Excel (basic formulas, filters, VLOOKUP preferred).
- Good typing speed and computer skills.
- Basic understanding of production and inventory processes.
