About The Role We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Engineer for a full-time remote position based in India. This role is ideal for professionals who enjoy tackling complex data challenges, taking ownership from design through to delivery, and working in a dynamic, collaborative environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining scalable data pipelines on Microsoft Azure Fabric, leveraging AI to enhance engineering productivity, and working closely with both technical and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality data solutions.

This position offers the flexibility of working from home while contributing to cutting-edge AI-driven projects that align with responsible data practices.

Qualifications Minimum of 5+ years of hands-on experience as a Data Engineer, demonstrating a strong track record of developing enterprise-grade data solutions.

Extensive experience with Microsoft Azure Fabric, Databricks, and Azure data services, with a deep understanding of cloud-based data platform architecture.

Solid knowledge of SQL, data modeling concepts, and data warehousing principles.





Proficiency in building and optimizing data pipelines for both structured and unstructured data sources.

Experience with Python, Spark, or similar data processing technologies is highly preferred.

Experience working in production environments on cloud platforms, ensuring data security, scalability, and reliability.

Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain scalable, reliable, and secure data pipelines using Microsoft Azure Fabric, ensuring seamless data flow across systems.

Build robust ETL/ELT processes to handle diverse data types, supporting analytics and machine learning initiatives.

Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and deliver effective data solutions.

Optimize data processing workflows for performance, scalability, and cost-efficiency, continuously seeking improvements.

Apply AI-assisted development tools and modern engineering practices to accelerate project delivery and enhance solution quality.

Troubleshoot and resolve production issues promptly, implementing proactive measures to prevent recurrence.

Work closely with architects, analysts, and developers throughout the project lifecycle to ensure alignment and successful delivery.

Take ownership of assigned tasks, ensuring high standards of quality, adherence to timelines, and achievement of project goals.

Utilize AI and automation to innovate solutions, improve engineering productivity, and deliver value-added features.

Maintain proactive communication with stakeholders,



raising potential risks early and providing regular updates on progress.

Adapt quickly to evolving requirements, demonstrating flexibility and resilience in a fast-paced environment.

Engage with global teams, including overlapping hours with the U.S. East Coast (up to 1:00 PM ET), to facilitate collaboration and project success.
