We're hiring a Senior Data Management Consultant to design and build modern analytics solutions on Snowflake — a client-facing role blending deep technical skill with consulting impact.
? Overview:
5–8 years in data engineering or analytics engineering, building scalable ELT pipelines and curated, analytics-ready data models that power self-service reporting and decision-making for enterprise clients.
✅ Mandatory Skills:
? Snowflake – 3+ years hands-on (architecture, performance tuning, security)
? dbt – 3+ years hands-on (model development, testing, documentation)
- Design and implement Snowflake-based data architectures for analytics and reporting
- Build and maintain ELT pipelines using dbt best practices (modular modeling, testing, version control)
- Lead discovery and requirements-gathering with business & technical stakeholders
- Implement CI/CD workflows using GitHub/GitLab
- Lead data migrations from legacy/on-prem platforms to Snowflake
- Manage workflow orchestration, monitoring, and role-based access control
- Present technical concepts and recommendations directly to clients
? Required:
- 3+ years Snowflake (mandatory)
- 3+ years dbt (mandatory)
- Advanced SQL expertise (mandatory)
- Robust consulting/client-facing communication skills
- Experience in agile delivery environments
- Ability to translate ambiguous requirements into clean, scalable data models
