The Enterprise Relationship Management team enables Franklin Templeton to strengthen and grow strategic banking partnerships through data-driven insights and reporting.
Team members work closely with Managing Directors, senior executives, and stakeholders across multiple regions to analyse relationship performance, improve reporting processes, and support business decisions.
Joining the team offers exposure to senior leadership, global business partners, and opportunities to drive reporting innovation and automation.
HOW YOU WILL ADD VALUE :
Core Responsibilities :
- You will manage data related to banking partner wallet, revenue, and relationship activity.
- You will maintain financial and qualitative scorecards.
- You will monitor performance trends across strategic partners.
- You will provide insights that support executive decisions.
Strategic Responsibilities :
- You will build reports, dashboards, and data visualizations.
- You will perform detailed relationship and wallet analysis.
- You will respond to ad hoc business requests.
- You will identify opportunities to automate reporting processes.
- You will support Aladdin and Dynamics CRM data initiatives.
Team & Collaboration :
- You will partner with stakeholders across business functions.
- You will support global Managing Directors with analysis.
- You will prepare executive reporting and meeting materials.
- You will contribute insights that strengthen strategic partnerships.
- You will help improve reporting efficiency and effectiveness.
Experience, Education & Certifications :
- Solid expertise in data analytics, reporting, or business intelligence.
- Relevant degree in business, finance, analytics, or a related field.
- Professional certifications are advantageous, if applicable.
Technical Skills :
- Strong data analysis and reporting skills.
- Significant experience creating dashboards and visualizations.
- Ability to interpret financial and relationship data.
- Experience supporting reporting automation initiatives.
Soft Skills :
