We're Hiring: Data Analyst

Location: Mohali (On-site)

HardyPaw, a fast-growing U.S.-based online pet pharmacy and pet supplies company, is looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to join our team and drive data-backed decision-making across marketing, sales, operations, inventory, and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Analyze business, customer, sales, and marketing data to identify trends and opportunities.
- Create dashboards and reports using Power BI, Tableau, or Looker Studio.
- Monitor key metrics including Revenue, Conversion Rate, ROAS, CAC, LTV, AOV, and Retention.
- Analyze data from Shopify, GA4, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Klaviyo, and Google Search Console.
- Support forecasting, inventory planning, and business intelligence initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve business performance and efficiency.

What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, Business Analyst, or E-commerce Analyst.
- Experience working with e-commerce businesses.
- Robust knowledge of SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools.
- Experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Shopify Analytics,



and digital marketing reporting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to convert data into actionable business insights.

Preferred Skills
- Power BI, Tableau, or Looker Studio
- Python (Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib)
- BigQuery
- Forecasting models and predictive analytics
- Marketing attribution analysis
