Responsibilities

Collect, clean, and validate data from multiple sources.

Analyze datasets to identify trends, patterns, and business insights.

Create reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate findings.

Write SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and analyze data.

Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare regular performance reports.

Collaborate with business, product, and technical teams to understand reporting needs.

Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across systems.

Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify opportunities and risks.

Document data analysis processes and maintain reporting documentation.

Support decision-making by providing data-driven recommendations.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.

0–3 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence,



or a related role (internships are welcome).

Strong knowledge of SQL for data querying and analysis.

Experience with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis.

Familiarity with Python or R for data analysis is a plus.

Knowledge of data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar.

Strong analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills.

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

Good written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Preferred Skills

Experience with databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or SQL Server.

Familiarity with data cleaning and transformation techniques.

Understanding of statistical analysis and business metrics.

Knowledge of ETL processes and data warehousing concepts.

Experience with visualization libraries such as Matplotlib or Plotly.

Basic understanding of cloud-based analytics platforms is an advantage.
