Title: Business Program & Operations Analyst – Change Management & UAT
Location: Remote – Occasional Travel Required (up to 3 trips during the 9-month engagement)
Duration: 9-Month Contract with Potential for Full-Time Conversion
Schedule: Monday–Friday | Core Hours: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM CST, with some flexibility

Business Program & Operations Analyst to support the implementation, adoption, and operational readiness of a large-scale business program across multiple sites and stakeholder groups. This role will serve as a key connection point between business users, program leadership, and external implementation partners, helping ensure that business requirements are clearly defined, solutions are appropriately validated, and impacted teams are prepared for successful implementation.
The ideal candidate will bring approximately 2–3 years of relevant business analysis, program support, operations, implementation, or change management experience. - Partner with business stakeholders to gather, define, document, and prioritize business and operational requirements.
- Translate business processes and operational needs into clear functional requirements for implementation teams and external vendors.
- Serve as a liaison between business users, program leadership, and vendor implementation teams throughout the program lifecycle.
- Coordinate and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including business process validation, issue identification, testing coordination, and readiness activities.
- Evaluate proposed solutions and workflows to confirm alignment with operational requirements and business objectives.
- Support change management and adoption activities associated with new processes, systems, or operational procedures.
- Develop training materials, process documentation, job aids, and other resources to prepare end users for implementation.
- Facilitate or support end-user training sessions and provide guidance during transition periods.
- Coordinate store/site readiness activities, including communications, process alignment, stakeholder preparation, and go-live support.
- Identify business process gaps, operational risks, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Recommend enhancements that improve efficiency, user adoption, operational consistency, and overall business value.
- Track readiness activities, open issues, dependencies, and stakeholder deliverables through implementation.
- Support successful go-live execution and transition of new processes into ongoing business operations.
What Qualifications You Need
- Approximately 2–3 years of relevant experience in business analysis, business operations, program/project support, implementation, change management, or a related area.
- Experience working with business stakeholders to gather, document, and clarify requirements.
- Ability to understand business processes and translate operational needs into actionable requirements and deliverables.
- Exposure to UAT, process validation, implementation readiness, training, or change management activities strongly preferred.
- Solid organizational and communication skills with the ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholder groups.
- Ability to manage competing priorities,
follow issues through resolution, and work effectively within a cross-functional program environment.
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment while collaborating with geographically dispersed teams.
- Must be available to work primarily during 8:00 AM–5:00 PM CST core business hours.
- Ability and willingness to travel up to approximately three times during the nine-month engagement.
