The Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) Developer to join our growing Microsoft Business Applications practice.

In this role, you will design, develop, and implement Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform solutions for clients across multiple industries. You will work closely with solution architects, functional consultants, and client stakeholders to build scalable, secure, and high-performing business applications.

What You'll Do

- Design, develop, and enhance Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solutions.
- Build custom functionality using C#, .NET, JavaScript, plugins, custom workflow activities, and Dataverse.
- Develop model-driven apps and Power Platform solutions that support business process automation and digital transformation initiatives.
- Create and support integrations between Dynamics 365, Azure services, Microsoft applications, and third-party systems.
- Participate in solution architecture discussions and contribute technical recommendations and best practices.
- Work closely with functional consultants to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Support application deployments, upgrades, environment management, and release activities.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide proactive recommendations for optimization.
- Contribute to technical design documentation, development standards, and code reviews.
- Stay current with emerging Microsoft technologies, platform enhancements, and industry best practices.





What We're Looking ForRequired Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience developing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solutions.
- Strong hands-on experience with C#, .NET Framework/.NET Core, JavaScript, TypeScript, Dynamics 365 CE customization and extension, Dataverse, and Power Platform.
- Experience developing plugins, custom workflow activities, business process flows, and integrations.
- Understanding of Dynamics 365 solution management and deployment strategies.
- Experience working with REST APIs, web services, and integration frameworks.
- Familiarity with Azure services used within the Microsoft ecosystem.
- Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work directly with technical and business stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with one or more Dynamics 365 CE modules such as Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, or Marketing/Customer Insights.
- Experience with Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, Azure DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365, Power Platform, or Azure.
- Previous consulting or Microsoft Partner experience.
