We are looking for a highly skilled Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations Technical Lead Consultant/ Architect with strong expertise in building scalable, predictable, high-quality, and high-performance solutions on the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform.

Essential Functions: Serve as the hands-on Technical and Solutions Architect across all phases of Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations engagements, including implementations, upgrades, and data migrations.

Lead end-to-end project delivery, managing reporting teams, workload allocation, and ensuring milestones and timelines are consistently met.

Contribute to and govern solution architecture, producing design documents, architecture diagrams, and low-level technical specifications aligned to business objectives.

Design and deliver Azure iPaaS integrations including Logic Apps, Functions, Service Bus, and API Management, connecting D365FO with third-party and internal systems.

Build and deliver Power Platform solutions including Canvas Apps and Power Automate flows as core delivery components.

Drive analytics strategy from a D365FO perspective, including data entities, BYOD, Azure Data Lake, and reporting through Power BI.

Enforce coding standards, conduct rigorous code reviews, and promote engineering best practices across the delivery team.

Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and technical excellence.

Maintain comprehensive technical documentation including solution designs, unit test evidence, configuration guides, and release notes.

Manage CI/CD pipelines and structured release management practices across environments.





Candidate location should be Hyderabad Required Qualifications: Minimum 12+ years of hands-on experience within the Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations landscape.

Proven experience leading project teams and managing delivery across complex, large-scale ERP engagements.

Strong architecture and development background in X++, with the ability to remain hands-on across customizations and integrations.

Deep expertise in Azure integrations including Logic Apps, Functions, Storage Accounts, Key Vaults, APIM and Service Bus.

Proficiency in Power Platform, specifically Canvas Apps and Power Automate flows, as core solution components.

Demonstrated experience across the full project lifecycle including implementations, AX upgrades to D365FO, and data migrations.

Robust knowledge of AI, Microsoft Copilot, and Agentic AI concepts, including an understanding of AI Agents and how they apply within the Microsoft ecosystem.

Excellent stakeholder communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to business audiences.

Experience with DevOps, LCS, and CI/CD pipeline management.

Hands-on experience building AI agents using Copilot Studio and delivering agentic AI solutions within D365FO workflows.

Power Pages development experience for customer and partner-facing portal solutions.

Experience with low-code application development using Power Apps.

Pre-sales experience including solution scoping, effort estimation, proposal writing, and client presentations.

Microsoft certifications in D365FO, Azure, and Solution Architecture.
