Role & responsibilities
- Design, implement, administer, and support CyberArk Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions to secure privileged accounts and critical enterprise assets.
- Manage and maintain CyberArk components including EPV, CPM, PVWA, PSM, and PSMP.
- Perform onboarding of privileged accounts across Windows, UNIX/Linux, databases, applications, and other supported platforms into the CyberArk environment.
- Configure and administer CyberArk Safes, Platforms, User Groups, Access Policies, and Privileged Account configurations.
- Manage privileged account lifecycle activities including account onboarding, password management, session management, credential rotation, and access control.
- Perform privileged account discovery using Auto Discovery, Accounts Discovery, and Password Upload Utility.
- Monitor CyberArk platform health, performance, alerts, and system availability, ensuring timely resolution of operational issues.
- Provide L2/L3 operational support for CyberArk incidents, troubleshooting onboarding, password checkout, session management, and privileged access issues.
- Perform routine CyberArk administration activities including patching, upgrades, backups, and platform maintenance.
- Administer Active Directory users, groups, Organizational Units (OUs), and integrate AD with CyberArk for privileged access management.
- Collaborate with Security, Infrastructure, IAM, and Application teams to implement CyberArk enhancements, integrations, and operational improvements.
- Develop and maintain operational documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), system configurations, and incident reports.
- Support internal and external audit activities by providing CyberArk-related documentation, evidence, and compliance reports.
- Deliver user guidance and support to improve CyberArk adoption and privileged access best practices.
- Stay updated on CyberArk product enhancements, security best practices, and emerging PAM technologies.
Preferred candidate profile
- 4-6 years of hands-on experience in CyberArk Privileged Access Management (PAM) implementation
- Strong knowledge of CyberArk components including EPV, CPM, PVWA, PSM, and PSMP.
- Experience onboarding privileged accounts for Windows, UNIX/Linux, databases, network devices, and enterprise applications.
- Hands-on experience creating and managing CyberArk Safes, Platforms, User Groups, Access Policies, and Privileged Account configurations.
- Good understanding of privileged account discovery, Auto Detection, Accounts Discovery, and Password Bulk Upload Utility.
- Experience administering Active Directory, including users, groups, and Organizational Units.
- Strong knowledge of PAM operational processes including privileged access governance, password management, session monitoring, credential management, and access policies.
- Experience performing CyberArk platform maintenance, including upgrades, patching, backups, and health monitoring.
- Robust troubleshooting skills with the ability to resolve CyberArk operational issues and support onboarding activities.
- Familiarity with IAM concepts, enterprise security controls, and privileged access governance best practices.
- Experience supporting audit, compliance, and security review activities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to interact effectively with technical teams and senior leadership.
- Customer-focused approach with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts and provide after-hours support when required.
