Role Description The Cyber Security Instructor will deliver classroom-based training in the Greater Coimbatore Area, providing learners with a robust foundation in core cybersecurity concepts and tools. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and conducting lectures, labs, and workshops; preparing and updating instructional materials; and guiding learners through practical exercises, case studies, and projects.

The instructor will assess learner performance through assignments, tests, and project evaluations, and offer constructive feedback and mentoring. Additional responsibilities include staying current with emerging cyber threats, tools, and best practices,



contributing to curriculum enhancement, and collaborating with the training team to maintain high-quality course delivery. This is a full-time, on-site role in the Greater Coimbatore Area.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Cybersecurity and Information Security, including security principles, risk management, and best practices.
- Candidates should possess skills in Network Security, such as configuring secure networks, managing firewalls, and monitoring for threats.
- Candidates should possess skills in Application Security, including secure coding concepts, vulnerability assessment, and remediation.
- Candidates should possess skills in Malware Analysis, including understanding malware behavior, detection techniques, and mitigation strategies.
- Relevant academic background in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CEH, CompTIA Security+, CISSP) are an advantage.
- Prior teaching, training, or mentoring experience, with the ability to explain complex technical topics clearly to diverse learner groups.
- Solid communication, presentation, and classroom management skills, with a learner-centric and inclusive approach.
- Ability to design hands-on labs, real-world scenarios, and projects that reinforce cybersecurity concepts and practical skills.
