We are seeking an experienced Consultant with minimum 48 months of experience in Saviynt product to join our Identity Management team. The ideal candidate will provide L3 support for Saviynt IGA, lead small-to-medium workstreams, support application onboarding, access reviews, SoD/RBAC, JML lifecycle and drive operational improvements across IAM services

•At least 48 months of experience in Saviynt product and Identity / Access Management domain operations.​

•Must have hands-on experience in Application Onboarding specific to Saviynt.​

•Experience in Access Review campaigns, SoD, RBAC and other IAM functionalities.​

•Experience of JML implementation/support specific to any identity management product.​

•Skills to write complex SQL queries for reporting, reconciliation, analysis and troubleshooting.​

•Good understanding of REST APIs and JSON files for integration and issue analysis.​

•Demonstrable experience in IAM domain management solutions with understanding of solution design and configuration.​

•Understanding of Java/Python or any other programming language, code repository concepts and standard Git processes.​

•Good understanding of operating systems, database concepts and potential targets/endpoints for a typical IAM solution.​

§Good presentation and documentation skills for SOPs, runbooks, operational reports and client updates





§Have strong hands-on experience in Saviynt IGA operations, application onboarding, access governance and identity lifecycle management.​

§Provide L3 support in Saviynt product, review escalations and guide troubleshooting for access request, certification, workflow and provisioning issues.​

§Act as a lead and workstream participant on small- to medium-sized projects and service improvement initiatives.​

§Support Access Review campaigns, Segregation of Duties (SoD), Role Based Access Control (RBAC) and other IAM functionalities.​§Work on JML implementation/support activities specific to Saviynt or other identity management products.​

§Collaborate with Security, Operations, Application Owners and Service Providers on deployment, post-deployment transition and operationalization activities.​

§Build solid professional working relationships with client personnel and communicate technical risks, progress and recommendations clearly.​

§Identify issues and opportunities, contribute to documentation/knowledge sharing and communicate them to the appropriate senior team member

§Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; Master's degree is a plus.

•Saviynt IGA Professional certification preferred / required as per engagement needs.​
