Customer Support Voice Executive
Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Customer Support Voice Executive to handle inbound and outbound customer calls, resolve customer queries, and provide excellent service experience. The ideal candidate should possess robust communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and the ability to handle customers professionally.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
- Resolve customer queries, complaints, and requests efficiently.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and processes.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the concerned department when required.
- Update customer interactions and call details in the system.
- Meet individual and team performance targets.
- Follow company policies, processes, and compliance guidelines.
- Maintain proper call etiquette and communication standards.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong listening and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to handle customers calmly and professionally.
- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts/night shifts if required.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
Eligibility Criteria
- Undergraduate or Graduate in any discipline.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Prior experience in BPO, customer service, or voice process is an added advantage.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in International Voice Process or Domestic Voice Support.
- Experience handling US, UK, or Canada customers preferred.
