Kapston Home Services, a fast-growing vertical of Kapston Services, is expanding its team! We are looking for a CX/PX Support Associate who is passionate about delivering excellent Customer Experience (CX) and Partner Experience (PX).
In this role, you will support both customers and service partners by handling service queries, resolving issues, coordinating bookings, and ensuring a smooth end-to-end service experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries via call, chat, and email
- Assist with service booking, rescheduling, cancellations, and complaints
- Provide operational support to service partners
- Coordinate between customers and technicians/beauticians
- Track service requests and resolve issues efficiently
- Maintain high customer satisfaction through empathetic communication
Who Can Apply:
- Graduates in any discipline (preferred)
- 0 to 3 years of experience in Customer Support / Operations / CX roles
- Robust communication skills in Telugu, Hindi and English
