Key Responsibilities

1.Handle customer queries via phone, email & chat Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

1. Maintain accurate records and communication logs Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues

Requirements: Solid communication and interpersonal skills Prior experience in a customer service/support role. Tech-savvy and solution-oriented Fluent in English and Hindi
