Exeprience : 1-2 Years Salary: ₹25,000.00 – ₹28,000.00 Per Month ROLES AND Responsibilities: Semi voice process (Chat / Inbound calls) Resolving customers queries and issues related to the products and services via chat or voice platform. Regular following up with the customer. Contacting existing customers as well as prospective customers Maintaining the database of the customers on a regular basis Obtaining customer information and other relevant data Suggesting solutions based on customer’s needs and requirements Candidate should be Target oriented, and shall be responsible for achieving weekly/monthly KPI.
