What you’ll do

- Customer Support : Serve as the first point of contact for our users, managing incoming queries, diagnosing issues, and coordinating across our Tech, Operations, Product, and Finance teams to provide rapid & effective resolutions.

- Insights & Feedback Loop: Track support metrics to perform periodic assessments. Identify recurring technical issues or product requests,



and co-ordinate with Operations and Product teams to drive continuous improvement.

- Onboarding & Training : Facilitate onboarding and training sessions to ensure users are fully proficient with our platform and ready for a seamless product handover.

What we’re looking for

- You are a Learner: You have a passion for sustainability and a desire to understand how industrial technology can create a real-world impact.

- Clear Communicator: You enjoy interacting with people and can explain technical concepts in a way that is easy to understand.

- Analytical & Organized: You are comfortable working with data, Excel, and are excited about tracking metrics to solve problems.

- Bias for Action: You enjoy taking initiative, managing your own tasks, and you aren't afraid to dive into a challenge to help a teammate or customer.

- Background: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Engineering, Science, or a related field. Preferably with a strong understanding of electrical, electronics, instrumentation and/or IoT systems.
