As a Customer Success Executive, you'll connect with customers after they purchase from us,
understand their experience, resolve concerns wherever possible, and help strengthen long-term customer relationships.
You'll primarily interact with existing customers and contribute directly to our customer experience initiatives.

Requirements
● Graduate in any discipline
● 1–2 years in Customer Service, Telecalling, Customer Success or BPO
● Valuable spoken Hindi
● Good spoken English
● Comfortable with outbound customer calls
● Basic Excel knowledge
● Positive attitude
