We're looking for a Customer Success Associate to join our growing team at Vested.

If you enjoy solving customer problems, have a keen eye for detail, and are interested in fintech, operations, compliance, and customer experience, we'd love to hear from you.

What you'll be working on

Support customers throughout their onboarding journey.

Review KYC, AML, and verification documents.

Conduct due diligence and background verification checks.

Resolve customer queries via calls, emails, and chat.

Work closely with Compliance, Operations, Product, and Customer Success teams.

Help improve internal processes and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

We're looking for someone who

Has 1–3 years of experience in Customer Support, Customer Success, Operations, KYC, AML, Compliance, Fintech,



or Financial Services.

Is highly detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.

Has excellent written and verbal communication.

Takes ownership and enjoys solving problems.

Thrives in a rapid-paced environment.

Is willing to work from our Ahmedabad (GIFT City) office. Candidates outside Ahmedabad should be open to relocating.
