We're looking for a Customer Success Associate to join our growing team at Vested .

If you enjoy solving customer problems, have a keen eye for detail, and are interested in fintech, operations, compliance, and customer experience, we'd love to hear from you.

What you'll be working on

- Support customers throughout their onboarding journey.
- Review KYC, AML, and verification documents.
- Conduct due diligence and background verification checks.
- Resolve customer queries via calls, emails, and chat.
- Work closely with Compliance, Operations, Product, and Customer Success teams.
- Help improve internal processes and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

We're looking for someone who
- Has 1–3 years of experience in Customer Support, Customer Success, Operations, KYC, AML, Compliance, Fintech,



or Financial Services.
- Is highly detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
- Has excellent written and verbal communication.
- Takes ownership and enjoys solving problems.
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Is willing to work from our Ahmedabad (GIFT City) office. Candidates outside Ahmedabad should be open to relocating.
