Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Customer Service Representative role based in Gurgaon.

The Customer Service

Representative will respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person channels, providing accurate information about Mr. Dairy’s products and services. The role involves resolving complaints, processing orders, documenting customer interactions, and escalating issues when needed to ensure timely solutions. The representative will support customer experience initiatives, gather feedback,



and collaborate with internal teams to improve service quality. Maintaining professional communication, upholding company standards, and contributing to a positive, customer-centric environment are key day-to-day responsibilities.

Qualifications

- Robust customer-facing skills in Customer Service and Customer Support to handle inquiries and resolve issues effectively.
- Ability to maintain high levels of Customer Satisfaction and contribute to overall Customer Experience improvement.
- Clear and professional verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize work, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfort working on-site in Gurgaon and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Basic computer literacy and experience using customer service or CRM tools.
- Prior experience in retail, FMCG, or dairy/food industry customer service is an advantage.
- Relevant education or training in customer service, business, or a related field is beneficial.
