Experience & Skills

- Experience in Customer Order Management or Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes.

- Hands-on experience in- Order Management, EDI Orders, Complaint handling ,Returns Management, Claims/Disputes Resolution.
- Experience handling customer requests such as: Order status inquiries & Order amendments and related requests
- Experience working with global customers.
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems such as: SAP,QAD/ MFGPR, Oracle Or any similar ERP platform
- Experience with Case management or similar ticketing tool preferred like Ticketing system (Dynamics, SFDC, Zendesk etc.)
