Customer Service Monday through Friday Day Shift $15/HR starting pay About The Role We are looking for a detail-oriented and adaptable team player to join our Customer Service Team. In this role, you’ll help manage and process customer orders accurately and efficiently while supporting internal teams to ensure excellent service and timely communication.

Key Responsibilities Order Entry  Accurately enter customer orders into the ERP system in a timely manner.  Check inventory and coordinate with manufacturing to meet customer delivery requests and communicate ship dates with customer as needed.  Manage internal and external communication on potential changes impacting order expectations  Provide timely answers to customer order queries Order Management  Provide customers with order information including pricing, shipping dates, and any delays.  Collaborate with production, outside sales, manufacturing, and logistics to track and expedite orders as needed.  Respond to customer questions related to shipments and scheduling. Customer & Operator Support  Provide order status updates to both customers and internal teams.



 Answer questions related to pricing and product information.  Build/maintain good working relationships with customers and employees at all levels within the organization.  Initiate customer follow-ups as directed by management.

What You

Bring 1–3 years of customer service experience with an emphasis on order entry and sales.

Previous B2B sales experience (preferred).

Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).

Comfortable interacting with customers and team members at all levels.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Access, Word, Excel.

Experience with ERP systems a plus.

High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.

Able to multi-task, prioritize, and stay calm under pressure.

Flexible and open to change — a true team player.

Willing learn new technology and applications.
