About the Role: As a Customer Service Executive, you will be part of a dynamic voice-based process, focused on lead generation for top financial institutions like ICICI Bank, Standard Chartered, and I-Securities. Your core responsibility will be to interact with potential customers over the phone and convince them to schedule appointments for banking and financial products. ?Key Responsibilities:
