Role Overview
We're bringing on a Customer Service & Email Process Intern to support our remote support team. You'll get practical experience handling customer queries and resolving issues via email.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer queries and support requests via email promptly and professionally
- Keep accurate records of interactions and resolutions
- Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the right team
- Follow communication and quality guidelines consistently
- Flag recurring issues and suggest improvements
What We're Looking For
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from any discipline
- Strong written English communication skills
- Good typing speed and accuracy
- Comfortable multitasking in a remote setup
- Own laptop and secure internet connection
Stipend: ₹13,500/month Duration: 1–3 Months
Location: Remote (India)
