We are looking for a motivated and communication-focused Customer Service Representative to join our growing team in Jaipur.

Role Responsibilities • Communicate with US-based clients through calls, emails, and other business communication channels.

- Handle customer interactions, leads, follow-ups, and relationship-building activities.
- Learn and apply sales strategies and client relationship management practices.
- Understand customer requirements and support client satisfaction.
- Develop negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Learn international business communication standards and professional client handling practices.
- Work closely with experienced professionals and receive practical training.

What We’re Looking For • Robust verbal and written English communication skills.

- Comfortable communicating with US-based clients.
