Key Responsibilities

Sales Activities

- Identify and develop recent customers for biometric attendance and access control systems.

- Meet clients and understand their requirements.

- Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, and tenders.

- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations.

- Follow up on enquiries, negotiations, and purchase orders.

- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

- Maintain customer relationships and generate repeat business.

Service Activities

- Install and commission biometric readers, face recognition systems, and access control devices.

- Configure software, users, and attendance reports.

- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues.

- Perform preventive maintenance and annual maintenance services.

- Provide on-site and remote technical support to customers.

- Coordinate with OEM/vendors for warranty and repair support.





- Maintain service reports and installation documentation.

Technical Skills

- Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, LAN, Wi-Fi).

- Experience in hardware installation and troubleshooting.

- Familiarity with software configuration and database backup.

Requirements

- Diploma/B.E. in Electronics, ECE, EEE, IT, Computer Science, or related field.

- Positive communication and customer-handling skills.

- Willingness to travel for sales and service activities.

- Valid driving license preferred.

Reporting

- Daily sales visit report.

- Service call closure report.

- Weekly target and achievement report.

- Customer feedback and follow-up report.

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
