Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective students from assigned leads.

- Handle inbound enquiries professionally and provide accurate course information.

- Understand student requirements and recommend suitable training programs.

- Generate interest in IPCS Global courses and guide students through the admission process.

- Schedule walk-ins, counselling sessions, and online meetings.

- Follow up with leads regularly to improve conversion rates.

- Maintain and update lead information in the CRM system.

- Coordinate with the counselling and branch teams for smooth admission processing.

- Build robust relationships with prospective students and parents.

- Resolve basic queries related to courses, fees, batches, certifications, placements, and career opportunities.

- Prepare daily activity reports and submit performance updates to the reporting manager.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
