Job Title: CRM Executive – Customer & Seller Support

Key Responsibilities

- Act as a mediator between customers and sellers to ensure seamless issue resolution.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and service requests through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Coordinate with sellers regarding order-related concerns, returns, replacements, and delivery issues.
- Maintain professional communication with both customers and sellers.
- Resolve customer concerns efficiently while ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Follow up on pending cases and provide timely updates to customers.
- Handle escalations and work with internal teams for quick resolution.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Solid customer handling and relationship management skills




- Ability to resolve customer issues with a solution-oriented approach
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to handle pressure and manage multiple cases simultaneously
- Good coordination and follow-up skills

Preferred Skills

- Experience in CRM, Customer Support, Customer Service, or Client Coordination
- Complaint handling and escalation management experience
- Robust interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment
