This role involves voice-based outbound calling to promote and sell financial products to customers and generate quality leads.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers for product promotion and sales • Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets of lead generation and conversions • Clearly explain product features, benefits,
and offers • Maintain proper call records and follow-up schedules • Provide accurate information and ensure customer satisfaction Shift Details:
- Work Mode: Work from the Office • Shift Timings: o Male: Rotational shifts (24x7) o Female: Day rotational shifts only (till 8:30 PM) o Fixed Shift (E-Channel): 9:30 AM – 7:30 PM • Working Days: 5 days/week • Week Off: 2 rotational weekly offs Requirements:
