Job Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries through voice & chat support
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently
- Deliver exceptional customer experience across all channels
- Maintain customer satisfaction and service quality
- Handle escalations and provide timely resolutions
- Update customer interactions accurately in the system

Eligibility Criteria

- Minimum 1 Year Experience in Customer Support / BPO
- Excellent English Communication Skills Required
- Comfortable with Rotational Shifts
- Graduate / Undergraduate can apply
