We're looking for a Customer Experience Executive who will be the first face and voice of Raaha—someone who can create a warm, welcoming experience that makes every visitor feel seen, heard, and cared for.
What You'll Do
✨ Be the first face and voice of Raaha, setting the tone for every client's journey.
✨ Turn walk-ins and phone enquiries into meaningful connections—not just appointments.
✨ Create a calm, seamless, and welcoming front-desk experience.
✨ Manage bookings, client records, and follow-ups with exceptional attention to detail.
✨ Own the reception space as if it were your own studio.
What We're Looking For
- Experience with CRM or booking software
- Warm, empathetic, and composed communication
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to confidently recommend relevant services when appropriate
- Ability to stay calm and solution-focused in a quick-paced environment
You'll Work Closely With
You'll collaborate with our Growth Manager to support lead tracking, Google Business Profile review goals, and ensure every enquiry and walk-in is accurately logged into our shared CRM for real-time pipeline visibility.

✔ High walk-in to booking conversion rates
✔ Increased Google reviews and consistently high ratings
✔ Reduced no-show rates through proactive client engagement
