Purpose of the role The purpose of this role is to support and manage customer experience and supply chain operations by coordinating with shippers and internal stakeholders, ensuring smooth execution of operational activities, and managing invoicing and FCR processes.
Responsibilities
- Managing Supply Chain Management (SCM) operations and ensuring smooth execution of customer-related activities.
- Supporting language-specialist activities and effectively communicating with relevant stakeholders.
- Coordinating with shippers on all operational activities and ensuring timely resolution of queries and requirements.
- Managing customer onboarding, relationship management, and ongoing customer support activities.
- Handling invoicing activities and ensuring accurate and timely processing.
- Managing the FCR process and ensuring compliance with defined operational procedures.
- Coordinating customer channels and managing cases to ensure timely and effective resolution.
- Supporting contract, dispute, and other customer experience-related activities as required.
Qualifications
- Graduate with 0-3 years of experience in SCM/logistics/shared services
- Experience in customer interaction roles preferred
