Joyalukkas is looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Care Executives to support our customers through chat, email, and phone calls. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. Freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries through chat, email, and phone calls.

- Provide accurate information about products, orders, deliveries, payments, returns, and services.

- Log and update customer interactions in Zoho CRM.

- Resolve customer concerns within the defined service levels (SLAs).

- Escalate complex issues to the relevant internal teams and follow up until resolution.

- Coordinate with the eCommerce, logistics, showroom, and technical support teams.

- Maintain professional communication with customers across all channels.

- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing timely and effective support.

- Follow company policies and customer service standards.

Eligibility





- Graduate in any discipline.

- 01 year of experience in customer service, BPO, retail, or eCommerce support.

- Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.

Required Skills

- Excellent verbal and written communication in English.

- Ability to communicate professionally over chat, email, and phone.

- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.

- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

- Willingness to learn Zoho CRM and customer support processes.

- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

- Customer-first attitude with a positive and skilled approach.

Preferred Skills

- Knowledge of Hindi or other regional languages is an added advantage.

- Basic understanding of online shopping or eCommerce platforms.

- Previous internship or customer-facing experience is a plus.
